Insight Sessions

60-minute Consulting Sessions with Jessica Singh, MD

Are you looking for space to ask questions about something you are building, navigating, or considering?

Over the years, many people have reached out asking if I would be open to a conversation about how I got started, the path that led me to where I am today, what it has been like to build and grow a coaching business, and navigating transitions in work and life

In response, I have shared parts of my journey through articles, podcast conversations, and social media. You are welcome to learn more through The Health and Wellness Coach Journal, The Holistic Physician Coaching Podcast, and on LinkedIn.

If you would like dedicated time to ask questions and have a more focused discussion about your work and life, an Insight Session offers that space.

What Is an Insight Session?

An Insight Session is a 60-minute consulting session with Jessica Singh, MD.

This session is for those who want dedicated time to ask questions, talk through something meaningful, and receive thoughtful perspective grounded in experience.

Topics we may explore include:

  • Beginning a career in coaching
  • Business or career questions
  • Coaching education, certification, and practice
  • Course creation
  • Course accreditation for NBHWC or ICF continuing education
  • Building an NBHWC-approved training program
  • Delegation and working with a virtual assistant
  • Writing articles and op-eds
  • A career transition
  • A project or idea you are developing
  • Balancing work and caregiving
  • Life direction and thoughtful next steps

This is your opportunity to ask your questions and focus on what matters most to you. I will share what I can, based on your needs and within my experience, judgment, and ability.

The INSIGHT Framework

These sessions are grounded in the spirit of INSIGHT:

Inquiry

Inquiry – Throughout the session, I will ask thoughtful, intentional questions to support you in pausing, reflecting inward, and deepening your self-awareness. Together, we create space for you to explore what matters most with honesty, curiosity, and openness. .

Nonjudgmental Exploration

Nonjudgmental Exploration – This session is a psychologically safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without pressure or judgment. You are encouraged to come as you are, and I meet you with the belief that you are wise, resourceful, and whole.

Self-reflection

Self-reflection - During the session, I will invite you to deeper self-reflection so you can notice what has shaped your thinking, beliefs, and decisions over time. This process supports greater awareness of external influences while helping you reconnect with your intrinsic motivation, sense of purpose, and inner wisdom.

Insight

Insight – The purpose of this session is to create space for meaningful awareness to emerge. I will support you in recognizing patterns, perspectives, and insights that may not have been fully visible before. As that awareness deepens, new understanding can emerge about who you are, what you are navigating, and what may be calling for your attention next.

Growth & Grounding

Growth & Grounding – In this session, I will help you hone in on your values so they can anchor and sustain your growth over time. Together, we will explore what matters most to you so that growth feels steady, aligned, and sustainable.

Honoring What Matters

Honoring What Matters – I will follow what feels most meaningful for you to explore. Our time will be centered on your priorities, questions, and what feels most important to you right now.

Thoughtful Next Steps

Thoughtful Next Steps – I will help you reflect on what feels supportive and meaningful as a next step. This allows you to move forward with intention, guided by what you have discussed and what feels aligned for you.

This framework reflects the intention of these sessions: creating space for reflection, perspective, and practical next steps grounded in what matters most.

This Creativity Coaching Program Is Not The Right Fit For You If You Are Primarily Looking For…

☙ Someone to tell you what to do: Coaching depends on your self-determination and actions.

Someone to provide solutions: I offer advice as a consultant when asked and when appropriate, but this is not my primary role as your coach.

Someone to do the work for you: Your success depends on the effort you put in.

Guaranteed outcomes: Creativity coaching is a process. The outcomes and the progress you make depend on you!

Creativity coaching is for individuals, coaches, and creatives who are motivated and self-driven. Your coach is not here to tell you what to do or do the work for you. It is up to you to put in the work, which requires making self-determined goals and taking action steps.

Your coach’s role is to create a space for exploration to support you in nurturing your potential.

As defined by the International Coaching Federation, coaching is “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.”
